We’ll start with a phone call and discuss your event and bar needs. We’ll cover elements to personalize a memorable event and make your cocktail bar shine. We consider your theme, honoree details, and drink and spirit preferences to curate a signature drink menu. We’ll outline everything that’s provided, the cost, and send you a recap of your bar plan.
Confirm &
Book
Easily book by confirming your requested service date and paying the 50% deposit. Our fee is simple and easy - we only charge by bartending hour (from when bar opens to when it closes); we don’t charge for set up or break down time. There are no packages or attendance caps or minimums. Once the deposit is paid, your party is booked on our calendar, and we start crafting your signature menu and bar checklist.

You receive a signature cocktail or mocktail menu customized to reflect your occasion and party details - down to personalized drink names and menu design. Have a fun party theme? From Great Gatsby and superheroes to pamper parties, casino nights, and luaus - you’ll receive a signature menu to match it. We’ll mock it up, share it for review, and once approved, we provide a convenient bar shopping list that outlines all the alcohol, mixers, fruit, ice, and water needs for the bar - complete with visuals and item links.
We arrive an hour to an hour and a half prior to bar opening to set up your bar, ice down beer and wine, get drinks ready to serve, and assist in any other set up you may need help with. After bar closes, we organize everything, store it back where you’d like it, let you know what were the favorites, and give you inventory of what you have left. From first pour to last call, you relax and sip - we support and serve.
